Avoid blackhat SEO
I believe google is smarter now. H e will know which is a quality site or not. Avoid using black hat SEO is the best way if you want your page will listed on first result of google search.

Keyword Spam
I have learning a lot of things. Titles,permalink are the most important.
Even the title is important, but when to many repeated keyword, it is not good idea. Example: When you are using Busby seo challenge as your blog title, better you do not create entries using Busby seo challenge again. It will become a trigger for a spammy keywords on your blog.

About copy pasta
It is about my experience. An entries generated from other can be more powerfull than the original one if you modified its content with your style.
Everyday contents is impossible if you create your blog by your own idea.
As a human being our idea is limited, we can not create an originall content idea without anothers.
